Meet The Team
Our therapists understand the unique challenges faced by individuals with OCD and anxiety disorders and are dedicated to helping them overcome their difficulties. They create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly discuss their concerns and fears. Our team uses a personalized approach, tailoring treatment plans to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual.
Through a combination of therapy techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and mindfulness-based interventions, our therapists empower clients to effectively manage their OCD symptoms and anxiety. They work collaboratively with clients to identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts, develop coping strategies, and gradually face their fears in a controlled and supportive manner.

Kade Van Linter, LMSW
Kade is a Licensed Master Social Worker LMSW with multiple years of experience guiding and facilitating the healing process for individuals diagnosed with various themes of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), as well as those with a broad range of anxiety disorders, complex trauma, body-dysmorphic disorder (BDD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), phobias, addiction, depression, and the journey of grief and loss. He received his undergraduate degree in Social Work (BSW) from Central Connecticut State University, and a master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from Springfield College. Kade is intentional and thorough in knowledge/expertise in the area of anxiety, as he has lived alongside and managed OCD since being diagnosed at the age of 11. He is also one to understand the significance of the client-clinician relationship, as he has vivid experience in both capacities.
Kade is keen on the healing process, as he is zeroed in on creating spaces for those whom desire to heal, whom have not been given permission to feel, whom have ambiguity regarding the therapeutic process, whom are taking the risk to dig deep and unveil, and for those whom are seeking refuge as they learn to live with misconceived notions regarding emotional states such as anxiety. He utilizes a multitude of evidence-based modalities in treatment, such as exposure response prevention/rumination-focused exposure response prevention (ERP/R-ERP), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), as well as motivational interviewing (MI). Kade is one who ultimately seeks to distinctly partner alongside those he has the privilege to work with, and to tackle the misconceptions, stereotypes and stigmas that cloud the environments of anxiety, depression, and bio-psycho-social-spiritual processes overall.

Aaron Price, LCSW
Aaron Price is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 5 years of experience working to support individuals struggling with their relationship too intense psychiatric symptoms. I view recovery as the process of changing the boundaries of these relationships to gain more control and live with more freedom. Adverse experiences, intense emotions, and life stressors can prevent us from living by our values and preferences, and, through therapy, I support people in exploring the life that they want rather than avoiding experiences that feel too overwhelming to face. My core values of empathy, compassion, self-determination and social justice are guiding principles in the therapeutic work that I do with clients, and I strive to genuinely understand clients’ experiences and meet them where they are at each present moment.
I have extensive training and experience working with clients struggling with anxiety issues (including OCD, PTSD, Generalized Anxiety, and Social Anxiety) and mood disorders (Depression/Bipolar DO). I am very passionate about providing treatment for OCD and have seen how the consequences of these symptoms control people’s lives when they do not have the effective tools to intervene. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance/Mindfulness skills with clients to help them make changes in their relationship to symptoms.
I believe that a diagnosis is not a person’s destiny.
